Profile
Dr. Shrikalp Deshpande brings with him a total of 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical field including three years in clinical research and regulatory affairs in Pharma R&D at Torrent Research Centre, Gandhinagar. He has also worked in several other areas of pharmaceutical industry like production, quality control and marketing. At academic and research level, he has successfully guided 5 PhD scholars and has guided more than 127 post graduate students of Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacy, MBA (Pharma) and Pharm D, collectively. He is also been involved in industrial sponsored research work at the institute.
At KBIPER, he is involved in teaching clinical research, regulatory affairs, pharmacotherapeutics, and good clinical practices (GCP). He is also involved in several adminsitrative work at the institute and organising training and workshops on GCP, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, Patent awareness and Clinical Research.
