Profile
Dr. Anita Lalwani joined KBIPER in December 1999 as a Lecturer in Department of Pharmaceutics. Subsequently she was promoted as assistant professor and currently she is professor in the department. She has previously worked with S K Patel Institute of Pharmacy, Ganpat University for a brief span. Dr. Lalwani is well versed with data treatment aspects in experimentation and is comfortable with relevant software.
At KBIPER, apart from regular teaching reponsibilities, she co-ordinates co-curricular activities and is a member of Women development cell and library committee. She guides the M. Pharm. and Ph. D. students for their research projects.

  1. First prize for best oral presentation at University Grants Commission (UGC) sponsored National Seminar on Importance and Application of Formulation Approaches for Dosage form Development, Rajkot, India (2011).
  2. Received Rs. 75,000 for the project entitled "Design and Development of Self Microemulsifying Drug Delivery System for Nelfinavir" sponsored by GUJCOST (2010).
