Ms. Payal S. Makwana joined K. B. Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (KBIPER) in October 2024 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy. She completed her industrial training in Research and Development (R&D) at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, gaining valuable exposure to pharmacological pre-clinical research.

At KBIPER, she is actively involved in teaching Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, and Anatomy & Physiology, Cellular and molecular pharmacology , Principle of drug discovery to B.Pharm and M.Pharm students. She possesses strong expertise in the design and conduct of preclinical studies, contributing effectively to both academic and research activities.
